Are you planning to bid on livestock?

  • You must be a registered bidder. New bidders are welcome.
  • If you haven't already received a letter from the Livestock Sales Team, contact Jessica Danner at (703) 475-6617.
  • Jessica will register you to bid and send you a buyer's packet approximately two weeks before the fair.

What will I receive in my buyer's packet?

  • Fair tickets (good for the entire week).
  • Your bidder number/paddle.
  • Tickets to the Bidders' Barbeque at JR's Festival Lakes.

Planning to attend the Bidders' Barbeque?

  • Be sure to bring your bidder number/paddle with you.
  • It's at JR's Festival Lakes in Leesburg.
  • Friday, August 1st from 4:00 to 6:00pm. The auction begins at 6:30pm — right after the barbecue.
